Shipping
Most of our products are shipped in curbside recyclable mailers and boxes.
We ship all retail orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Orders ship the day roasted/packed and are generally delivered to customers in 3-4 business days.
FCKN Coffee LLC is not responsible for any shipments affected by customs, force majeure events, transfers from one carrier to another in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any other extra fees, customs or charges related to your shipment.
Returns
Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days from receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Return labels are not provided and customers have to return the order at their own expense. FCKN Coffee LLC holds the right to additional charges if the return does not meet this criteria. If customers use their right to send back an order they should contact FCKN Coffee LLC in order to get an address to send the goods to.
If an item is defective or damaged in any way on arrival, FCKN Coffee LLC should be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation. FCKN Coffee LLC holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.
